OMG let me be the first to say this beats sucks and jay-z flow couldnt save it i could not get in the groove at all....

Could the fad for Auto-tune be over? Kanye West is one of the biggest proponents of the audio processor, but decided not to use Auto-tune while producing Jay-Z’s new album, The Blueprint³. The record is alleged to be Jay-Z’s last album for Def Jam, and will likely surface in September this year.

"Jay is in control of everything in his domain," said West. "He's just been working on it, and it's gonna be amazing when he drops it. We actually removed all the songs with Auto-Tune off of his album, to make the point that this is an anti-Auto-Tune album, even though I released an album that has all Auto-Tune!"

West may have felt naked without the device, but he doesn’t seem unduly bothered by Jay-Z’s insistence on de-Auto-tuning The Blueprint³. "It doesn't matter to me,” said West. “It's music; it's just sonics. I like Auto-Tune, so I do it." The legions of people tired of digital voice manipulation just breathed a huge sigh of relief.

Yay, I can't imagine an album from Jay-Z coming out like 808's.
 
Yeah for real, Fuc auto-tune. I'm so glad he stepped up and killed it.
 
that was kind of gay and sloppy sounding...and jay sounded like he's trying to hard to be edgy.

I can't take Jay serious anymore. He said the "Black Album" was his last album and we know what happened after that. I'm an ole head like Jay and can understand his feelings towards auto-tune but he needs to take a back seat and let things go where they may.

Auto-tune tracks won't be around forever. Music evolves and will do so naturally on its own, without the need of Jay's input. It reminds me of how everyone had "scratching" on their tracks back in the day. It just evolved away from this on its own and the same will happen with auto-tune tracks.

Wonder how dumb Jay will feel when everyone continues to use auto-tune and disregard his input. He'll then know that he's not as "relevant" these days as he thinks he is.
 
This is proof Jay is old and out the loop. Autotune's dying on it's own, he's giving attention to a forgotten fad. What's next? No more Karl Kani and Helly Hanson?
 
Idk it just seemed weird to me for someone to be doing this. Auto tuned peeked a while back when u would hear songs that just had it in there for no reason, when a dude would use it for like one song.

50, Berg, Birdman, ect used it like 2 times.

Now its like "lets just put that behind us."
 
Idk, this record goes hard to me. I think some of y'all are taking it too literal. Just vibe out and let the verses talk to you rather than the title.
 
Song sucks azz because Jay seems to be going through the motions.

Beat wasn't hot either but it was different, I tried to imagine different people on it... and it sounds good as a beat but not as a song. Guitar is too busy.

I wouldn't play this again...
