It's a Zendrum. Never seen one in person, and they're expensive...but apparently pretty great at what they do - good review here (actually of that specific model seen in the video).

dam.price tag's out of my league by 1500 bucks.
gonna have to stick wit a padkontrol/mpd18 for 3 years and sell old stuff again :/
