theres so many arguments going on here, that its difficult to answer more than one. so all i will say is this:
if you have a problem with dre, look at his back catalogue.
quality speaks for itself, and he hasnt always worked with the same co-producers, using interpolations in every beat, but he has always made hits.
most producers would love to do what he does.
so why dont they? because they cant. whatever dre has, whether its a basic formula for hits, plain good luck in picking co-producers, a crate of vinyl, or an ear for hits, no-one else can do it. thats why they dont do what he does, because they cant.
Id love to be in dres position, of course i would, and anyone who says otherwise is not thinking straight.
