Does a mpc 400 have a input monitering setting to hear keyboard output?

I know the mpc 2500 has a input record function were ya can hear ur synths while ur record but dont know if the 4000 has anything like that. I am hoping there is a way to do this so I wont have to buy a mixer and pu that money towards a interface
 
Never heard of uh 400, must be new..I jus googled it the first thing that pop up is mpcforums. And the answer is no. Unless yr on the record screen. What keyboard you workn wit?
