I tend to get bored with whole slow delivery, I prefer like a medium tempo delivery or the fast twista delivery what you guys and girls out there ? Im a rapper I Just wanna know what keeps peoples attention

If i have to choose one, i would say as fast as the rapper can go without the pronounciation dropping off. I prefer a mix throughout the song, that way it has highs and lows of energy.

I personally prefer good lyrics over a nice delivery but I guess a fast delivery. I mean if they keep the pace that's even better but to start fast kinda just makes you have to think harder and maybe even rewind the track.when I listen to music I want it to register on "self awareness" kinda level. I appreciate K-Rino, Tupac, Immortal Technique, Canibus, UGK, Z-RO, I would say the South Park Coalition but there's about 70 rappers in it and I ain't listen to all their music to say I appreciate it lol

When I'm listening to music, for me it just depends on the beat. If it's a nice slow beat, I'm down with the MC just riding on it. I do appreciate fast deliveries though. I find that when I rhyme, I used to be obsessed with doing all my verses fast. I've been inspired by Eminem so I just constantly fell the need to be fast, and rapping slow always felt so weird to me. You gotta put a lot more focus on how you're delivering the verse so it doesn't sound too weird. But lately I've been learning to slow it down and add those little breaks in the flow that a bunch of rapper use. You can see an example in my signature. If I had to give advice I would definitely say make it vary throughout the song. Start slow, go fast, switch it up. I can definitely say I prefer rappers that hit a track with multiple flows instead of the same one througout, I think it shows more skill.

I like a medium - fast pace for most rap. Faster rap gets me hype. With that being said, a slower pace is better for an sad/emotional song in my opinion.

Everything is situational! Depends on the style, beat, how I'm feeling, etc. I love me some double time tho!

I believe a variation is good but it entirely depends on the structure of the song and BPM.

They all have their benefits.

Slow rappers are easier to understand but that can come off as taking their time to come up with lyrics
Medium rappers have a nice steady standard pace
Fast rappers can be effective if their lyrics are easy to hear when they spit.

I think i prefer medium I've been told however that people like when i spit faster than slower.

I feel that it all depends on the beat obviously, and content in your lyrics. preferebly some start off with a slow delivery and then drop in bombs for instance T.I. or Ludacris they always switch up there style or "swag" in there flow, that is what keeps a song from dragging out too long and being bored, just be creative thats all

I prefer the medium, it always keeps me hooked as long as their delivery is on point. Unless the beat is fast or really slow. then I like to hear fast shit

Diversity and versatility is always cool.

It depends on the beat imo.
