**Digging adventures - post what you get**

the only records we got at work at the moment are hall&oates, wham, roxy music, tangerine dream and some classical/opera.
 
Went digging today at my local (overly priced) bookstore, and found a few things.

But really lookin for some Bob James, i might just ebay them.
 
What Bob James you lookin for? Any album(s) in particular?

One is a really dope album. Two is cool too. I have three and didn't really like it

hows that Wes Montgomery? I have been kind of into jazz lately. Well jazz and rock. I am mad I found a copy of Queen 2 but didn't have enough cash on my debit card to pick it up. Dammit paydays!
 
It's pretty nice. Has a real real real killer bassline that is gonna take me out of this break from making beats I've been in.
Has some dope songs as well
 
This is what im starting with, usually dont sample from vinyl but i wana get into it. I thought i copd a good turntable but its broke, so when i find a good one ill get it in.

I have 3 of those 4 records. Genesis is always good. The war is a dope too and you can never go wrong with Rufus
 
Some Goodwill finds. Not sure what the Serpico soundtrack is all about, but it was right with Super Fly in the racks and it was arranged by Bob James so I have a good feeling about it..

how did u not already have a copy of super fly? and doesnt that 4 tops have a jay z sample on it i forget what one but i think its off reasonable doubt
 
Ya, loafin on the Superfly! I've seen it plenty of times but never for the right price.
I haven't listened to the Four Tops yet...Will let you know
 
there is some good stuff in that dig i have like 6 of those records good stuff man
 
I haven't been digging around my area in months.. getting ready to move to the bay area sometime in september, when my friend out there finds an apartment big enough. Any diggers on here in that area?
