I love collecting the samples that JD used!

Nice find for so cheap.

I'm going diggin in about an hour to spend my wages! Haha, my mum is trying to get to me to do this thing called "saving," any record diggers heard of this???

Haven't listened to it yet. Only songs I've ever heard from it are "Rock Dirge" and "Life of Fortune & Fame"

Nice raw uptight soul. Life of Fortune & Fame is my favorite track there, gotta love the horns in it. And of course there's a break on the record that's not overly used..

Also, I didn't know the break "Thank You Fallentin Me Be Mice Elf Again" was on that Junior Mance record. Nice surprise, easily one of my fave breaks..

All funk,funkjazz souljazz or jazz. It's what I've been all about these days. For listening, not really buying looking for samples, although I do well in the sample department lol
 
lately i havent been making beats with samples either. ive been just listening to the music ill take some open drums but i aint chopped a beat in at least a week Ive been on my keyboard shit I think i may step up my interpolation game
 
Ya, I haven't been making beats period. I seem to go through these dry spells every so often...

Def link me to some interpolation stuff you do when/if you do..!
 
theres a good chance i will kuz dudes is scared of samples and I have been feeling the bug to get my keyboard game on niggas dont realize i sample kuz i want to not kuz i cant play
