Hey, this should be good...I dont know if 2 days is enough for me though...I'll see what I can come up with.
 
I'm almost done with mine. In order to get the inspiration to finish the track I will now eat a salad, do some push ups, drink some vitamin water and then smoke some weed.


edit: in case my employer is reading this I was just joking about smoking weed. I always say nope to dope.

i heard on tha radio that detox is gettin pushed back to 2008 now. (news to me lol). he said tha reason is since he got in shape nd all that, that his sound is gonna be different (hence...this thread). plus hes workin on em's new album

Yo i defintely felt no Dre vibe on that with those synths. But when they hook came in i got you on that. I would change that wierd sounding synth with something else.

News flash boys...Dre's new sound isn't gonna sound like ANYTHING he's done before, and it isn't gonna sound like ANYTHING that's out there right now.

So if your beats don't sound like what I described above, then you have no chance in hell of being right.

Hate to break it to you, but a lot of Dre's beats nowadays sound like bad Dre knockoffs. Haha. I'm really not feeling much of what he's done recently - even the album people point to about his best work recently (The Big Bang) I wasn't feeling the production on. I don't think it's a good idea to say that his new sound is unlike anything him or anyone else has done before because none of us really have an idea of what it's actually going to sound like. That said, I'm going to start working on my beat now. I'm just going to with that Dre feel, but I'm going to do it from what I'd imagine a more futuristic Dre would sound like.
