I started to remix something last night... I saw a Wiz Khalifa thread so I grabbed one of his acappellas because I had never really heard any of his shyt... then after I started, I quit and watched StrikeForce on CBS. Then I listened to the original, then I found out Johnny Juliano produced it. Then I thought it sucked balls... then I heard that because of that song Johnny Juliano is the leader of the TRANCE RAP movement... lol. I'm not joking. (trance rap, lol). No hate on JJ, dude got fire, I like his stuff. Most of it.

Here's my "unfinished" phuck around (a loop - just need something in the upper octaves - quantized drums and everything, lol)... If you don't have a big beast of a system in your whip... it'll probably sound wack to you. I like my music to massage me when I'm riding around...



Here's the tracked out acappella - it's 72 BPM - What's good about a tracked out acappella? You SHOULD just have to load it into your DAW and set the BPM to 72 and immediately start make a beat and it'll match the tempo... somebody let me know if it works... and let me hear your remix too... RIGHT CLICK - SAVE AS... (it's coming from my site... if it's not allowed - delete the link - I know that Konvicted DJ put links to stuff up... kinda murky area...)

I really started to do the remix because I found a way to make every song bang using a multi-band dynamics plugin.... I mean just as good as the stuff I download from Itunes (without having to use monitors - just using RMS levels on the drums when I start...)... I'm going to try this song out now... and see how it sounds...
