Damn Banner...nice....I like the social awareness route that he's more openly going with now....alot of people miss the fact that "Like A Pimp" was commentary behind the superficialness of it....especially if you listen to it in the context of Mississippi the album.

that's what the **** im talkin about. he's always spoke the truth. if you ever watch him in interviews and panels he always says real shit. this is the realest song in the past five years. this ain't gotta be a hit, but people need to bump this.

So, um, am I the only one that thinks it's an ignorant thing to make a song like this? I mean, attempting to degrade people that you feel are degrading your culture/beliefs? Dude went on record saying that he only uses the word "nigga" as an insult people (while claiming to be Christian), while others use it as a term of endearment... and don't forget the fact that V-nasty IS half black and doesn't use the word to degrade people.

V-nasty is not half black...don't believe everything she says. Matter of fact, dont believe anything she says. No offense, but that made you sound pretty gullible.

Based on one of Banner's Ustreams it seems that his views on the word "nigga" are constantly changing. I respect him for speaking his mind in an industry full of circle jerking sheep.

Whether she's half black or not wouldn't even change my view point. And uh....listening to you say "don't believe anything she says" would make me pretty gullible, really. V-nasty says she is from 35th. We call them the dirty 30s because these are the type of mofos they breed over there. She's a product of her environment, and her environment is straight up nigga shit.
