I understand why he'd do it but in my opinion that's just plain wrong. No way i'd do that to anyone. 80% of the time the meolides make the track. If you changed the melodies on any of those beats Danja worked on it wouldn't sound the same. He should've got co-producer credit at the very least. After all he IS responsible for bringing Timbo's career back and cementing him as a Legend. Timbo's been a lot bigger with Danja than he was before. And he was burnt out to. He took time out to lose weight, take roids and probably found Danja by luck. I reckon if it wasn't for Danja he woulda quit around 2000 or carried on by himself and been just another producer that fell off or wasn't as good as he once was.
Kinda off topic and to fuel these Illuminati/Satanist conspiracy theories

, maybe Dre took him to the side, told him to start taking roids and told him to get a team of ghost producers/work for hire/session musicians to keep him on top.
As far as i can see all the big producers have got a big team to make their beats or contribute heavily on. Then all they have to do is say the rare "Hell No" when they hear something complete shyt which isn't gonna be too often since they're working with very talented people.
Put your name on a good product = Producing now.
I don't care what other people say.
To me :
Music Producer = The person that made the beat.
Record Producer = The person that did everything else to turn the beat into a song.
At least with music production that's based on software/new technology. I know the songs usually only say that they're produced by one person (the Record Producer) but i think they should say :
"Produced by XXX(Record Producer) and XYZ (Music producer/Beatmaker).
Or "Produced by XXX and Co-Produced by XYZ".
A lot of people talk down on the beatmaker/Music Producer and big up the Record Producer but in my opinion that's wrong too. I think 80% of the time at leat, the beat makes or breaks the song. A song with shyt lyrics or rapping/singing and a good beat can still be okay or good but a song with good lyrics or rapping/singing and a really bad beat usually ends up being a bad overall song.
To me the Beatmaker/Music Producer is more important or of equal importance than the Record Producer. That only applies if they're both equally good at what they do and both can do an at least competent job at each other's role. But a lot of the time the Music Producer can do an okay job at being the Record Producer but the Record Producer can't do a decent job at being the Music producer. Again, this only applies if everything Music Production wise is done by one person without session players or outside work.
Maybe a ot of you'll disagree with me and maybe i've worded some of what i've said wrong, since i'm in a hurry to eat but if so i'll clarify. If everything is worded right though, that's how i feel.
And Timbo = okay by himself but Timbo = SUPAPRODUCA with Danja and his other ghost producers.
BTW i read yesterday on Gearslutz that JR Rotem was one of Dr Dre's ghost producers too for a few years (4-8 maybe). I knew there was Scott Storch, Denaun Porter/Mr Porter and a few others i can't name but i was surprised at first to read this. Then i realized when i thought about it that was the reaosn i'd been confused when i'd heard JR's WestCoast tracks and the one's he probably produced for Dre. I remember thinking sometimes "Isn't this produced by Dr Dre" or "This doesn't sound like a Dr Dre beat. He isn't usually this good on the keys."
And Mr Collipark is the biggest fraud ever. The nigga's got some good beats with his name on em but he doesn't make shyt from what i've seen. He's actually got videos up on YouTube where he's in his run down shytty "Studio" that hasn't got any nice shyt saying it's to keep the people working or something. And he's got a really normal looking studi in the back where his ghost producers work.
What i've always wondered (since i've been making music" is why don't any of the big producers realease real videos of their complete studio sessions showing everything that's happening? Scott Storch's got videos that how him working on beats but none of the other realy big one's have unless they're seriously edited or don't show much.
Can anyone find any real, useful videos of Dr Dre or Timbaland studio sessions that actually show them properly making a beat. And i don't mean just telling someone what to do or just doing a tiny part of the beat like shaking a shaker or replaying an old beat.
