Cue points on Virtual DJ

I had a question about Virtual DJ and cue points. Do the cue points save to the song like album artwork attaches to the song? Just incase I need to restore my computer or transfer them they are still there and when I get Serato here is hoping they are still here.
 
I'm not sure if the cue points are recognizable across platforms. I do know that cue points saved in Serato will work in someone else's Serato.
