Cubase 5 and time streching help

Sup everyone.
So I've been trying to figure this out through various tutorials/reading through posts but I can't seem to get a concrete answer.
I basically want to increase the tempo of an audio sample whilst keeping the pitch the same. I am using Cubase 5 to attempt to do this (I would be using Reason but my outdated copy is unable to do it).
The tempo of the original sample is around 50 bpm but I want it around 90 bpm. I just dont want to increase the pitch and have an ensemble of chipmunks playing +1000 octave rhodes. There are 8 bars. I just want an easy way to speed it up whilst not changing the pitch so I can smash it into recycle and get all jackie chan and chop shop that shit up.
Step by step help or links to somewhere I could learn would be dope.
Thanks and peace!
