Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to get my asio drivers for my creative titanium x-fi to work on fl studio 9. The problem is when i switch to creative asio, there is no sound, but the meters in fl are moving as if there is still input. I'm running on windows 7, in my previous windows xp configuration there were no problems and everything ran smoothly.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated...
Thx in advance!

Download Asio4all its free

If that doesnt work then your sound card may be tied up by other programs like windows media player. Go to task manager > processes, and close it there

Thx for the reply m8,

Unfortunatiely I already have asio4all and it is running, but it blocks out all other audio sources. Like for instance when I need to play a quick youtube vid while in FL. Creative asio can run everything simultaniously, that's why I need to get it working.

hmmmm... works for me. R u using a bootleg copy of FL Studio?

Yea tru about asio4all cant run more than 1 ausio source @ once

Think of what changes you made to your chain/setup/settings around the time when the creative driver stopped working

I used to encounter the same issue, until I started to mess around with the ASIO options, and now, every time I open up FL Studio it cancels out the other sound sources (winamp, youtube etc.). So if I want to activate the other sources I have to go to Audio Settings and check 'Primary Sound Driver'.

I suggest you open up FL Studio without any other sound source running in the background, play something so you can see the levels going up and down, and then hit Audio Settings, go to ASIO properties - > Show ASIO Panel - > then select different Output Ports and see which one works.

I hope that helps.
