Could there speakers do the work?

So I've been searching some nice speakers for my equipment aand eventually found these beauties here- Genius' SP-HF1255A
, which exactly fit my budget. Can I have your comments? Should I buy these ones? I can't really afford a hi-end setup right now so other recommendations are apreciated

I would save up for standard studio monitors first, these are just consumer bookshelf speakers aren't they?
The KRK Rokits are pretty cheap, I might suggest checking those out.
