Can a weak pc battery be the cause of a slow Audio Interface?

Recently, My Reason 4.0 has stopped loading my previous projects, I watch the gauge load up all of my samples I used in the reason project file then when it gets to "Hardware Interface II" it halts and ceases to continue.

Im so stressed out right now because I have a website that is launching June 1st and I had a Goal of 50 beats to be ready by the launching of the site, I have 37 completed but im unable to get to the other projects to finish them.

Could anyone lend me a hand?

no. I don't think the battery would have anything to do with it. Do you ever hear any type of popping while playing or during playback on your tracks.?

Can you tell us some of your computer specs? RAM, OS (Windows 7, xp, vista, 64 or 32 bit) what CPU are you using.
also make sure you have a current version of REason 4.0
