Me and my friend just recently moved in together and were setting up a little home studio. He just recently bought an iMac and hes very pleased with it as am I. At first I wanted an iMac as well but I figured it wouldn't make sense to have 2 of those I should just buy the MacBook Pro right? In case we need to take our music somewhere or anything like that. Any ideas/suggestions let me know!
PS : This may be a dumb question but can someone please explain to me what the Thunderbolt Display is? Is it a computer like an iMac or is just a really fancy display? Basically if I bought it would I be able to use it like a computer or would I have to add that to a previously owned mac?
