Okay, so this one was a lot of fun. Obviously, the vocals still need work (my entrance on the third verse was pretty shaky). However, I'm pretty pleased with how the arrangement turned out. It was another one where I just recorded each part, plain. I gave everything, save the vocals and the harmonica-fill-in (violin), a lean to the left or right side, then allowed Logic's automated mastering to have its way. I think the drums wound up a little too loud, but in talking to a percussionist friend of mine, I also think I misheard the drum part on the original.
