My 05 Pro bleeds sound from the left input when the fader is fully pushed to the right , and vice versa (you hear the right input when the fader is to the left). The sond level is the same for both the left and right inputs, no matter what input is selected (line or phono). I just replaced the old crossfader (CF-PCV) with a new one (CF-PCV) and it sounds exactly the same. Does anyone know anything or have suggestions about this situation?????????? Or maybe where to get a free service manual for this mixer?

dont know much about how to fix that but i heard that tuner control spray like from radioshack can help if you hadnt tried already. just spray into the corners inside the crossfader gap. theres a video on youtube with dj qbert showing how to do it.

i had mine for 5 years... never changed out the crossfader.... then it started doing what your talking about and then soon after that one channel died... :( - lucky me i got an 07 off ebay for $250 :D

sounds like your mixer is dyin... might need a new mixer playa. also check out djforums... and skratchworx.com forum... they might have a work around...
