Hey man the vocal sample is a different key from the instrumentation no doubt, so you have to rework that so they match, which isn't that hard of a modification. I find the cutoff on the vocal sample a little too dry, maybe add a little reverb. A deep bassline is definitely a must on this track so that you can achieve a complete sound.

Beat sounds good, sample is great though it is very bass heavy I would take that down or try controlling that using some 'Waves' plugins like 'JJP Bass' or 'Bass Rider' - Kick could do with some more punch too but I think if you sort the 808's control then that'll sort itself out, though if you want more punch on you're kicks over your 808's try boosting the EQ at around 100-200kHz works great for Johnny Juliano type kicks with loads of punch. Keep at it bro!
