I don't think it's sampled. It's produced by Scott Storch who is a very talented keyboard player.
 
The beat is not sampled, but the beginning vocals, "I...Love to Love you Baby" are from a Donna Summer song. I can't remember the name though.
 
Peso, I think the Donna Summer song was called "I Feel Love". Not too sure tho.

actually it samples more than her voice, it samples the hihats and guitar wahwah sound and the flute/strings sound.The strings sample is chopped very well.Scott Storch is tight.He does the best sampling imo.Funny thing is hes white...breakin the barriers...i cant stand eminem...i like him...i liked that does bass drums and the bassline how he integrated em into one and how he did that effect where it leads in an out to the verse and hook
 
i think he done those hihats himself, but its amazing he chopped up that wah wah beat himself.
