Beyonce - Halo

I just realized after watching the video that this makes me feel the same emotions as Umbrella did but in a more intense way. Which is a big deal.

I used to have a really hot girlfriend who I almost married so this song is too intense for me to listen to. Too epic. Too tragically beautiful.

I used to be able to enjoy stuff like this without feeling too depressed or emo. but in these scared times, I would rather smoke a blunt wit Gucci Gucci and relax.

I must be the only one who dislikes this song, just sounds too lovey dovey, and the hook is so boring.

Real Ballad.:sing:
I clicked on the link but cant see it due to "copyright restictions". I'm guessing cos i'm outside the US. Fuking youtube. No big deal though didn't wanna hear the full song, just check the views.

And the views are almost always fake. How you think soulja boy can have a few million views on some vids and maybe a few thousand on others. They either buy them from other companies, meaning websites that do that kinda thing. Or they have a shytload of computers running loads of increaser programs all the time.

1000 computers + 100 instances on each computer + 5 views each second on each instance on each computer = 500,000 every second (therotetically).

The companies put thousands of links on each instance and if they're running the programs 24/7 they'll rack up a few hundred million views each day.

I know it's crazy but that's almost definately what they do.

Or maybe there's actually companies that do this for the major labels. Rack up views on YouTube to increase promotion and get paid a lot. They'd be using a high amount of electricity but they can use renewable sources of energy. Imagin if they had loads of companies in India or somehwere really sunny doing this on a massive scale. They wouldn't get paid that much since it's a 3rd world country so it'd be really cheap in the long term for the labels to do.

And now thinking on it, that's a really good idea. I should get paid for all the advice i give and ideas i come up with. Someone working for the Majors is gonna probably see this do and they'll probably do it.

/sigh

this song will go down as one of Beyonce's best joints cause up to date she did alot of good music with Halo, Ring the Alarm, Irreplaceable as some of the hottest production for the female artist out now. But something about Halo is just damn good. Nevermind the good video or how just plain fine she looks in it but the melody with her limited vocal range (which is surprisingly getting better as time passes) she couldn't of sung a more capturing song with such an amazing arrangment. If she tops this one I will truely be amazed...

Not to mention her thighs are unbelievable, alil loose around the mid section but she's the HBIC for a reason...

With that being the case, why is Solange so phuck'n annoying?

In Indonesia alone there's about 15 different click plants with hundreds of PC's to do the clicking... This is increasingly happening, even twitter is easily manipulated to get people to follow you... Unless your Questlove or Diddy...

Seriously dude. This is just the way people consume music now. Why fake 45 million views. 5 million would have been sufficient to warrant the youtube charging the advertisers on the page whatever they are paying. C'mon

looooooool, this wouldn't work, because it would be like a giant bot-net from one or two networks, it would probably result in youtube just outright blocking the center doing it within a matter of minutes seeing a spike that big of network traffic.

It's not that big of a deal it got 44 mil because it is on beyonces channel. Beyonces you tube has many subsciibers who all probably watch all her videos when they come out. Also many girls probably go listen to this song on a daily basis so there were millions of views for repeat viewers. It's not the same like when some random video goes viral and gets 2 million views from just searches and word of mouth. This is an institutionalized video Channel. I'm not surprised it has 44 mil beyonce is known for music videos

The drums are the way they are because of the song, it is a vocal and melodic ballad as has been said. It doesnt need crazy drum patterns and snare rolls etc to get your booty shaking does it! Cos its not that type of song. Its an intense, intimate emotional song made to bring out different emotions.

Listen to 80s ballads (total eclipse of the heart) being the main one. They have massive sounding drums snares reverbed to phuck, they have done pretty much the same thing but used claps instead of live snare and brought the concept more up to date.

The drums are slow but big, it adds to the intensity of the track without distracting listeners with 'bouce'. You have to imagine her as if she was saying these lyrics to a guys face. All clenched fists and big hand movements then you should see why the drums are the way they are.

What's HBIC? Hottest bytch something something?

And FTS it would work. How you think YouTube gets paid? Money from advertisers seeing that Youtube gets billions of views and maybe the labels paying them to let it slip. Like you said though since they're famous artists and the videos are on their official channels they'll get millions of real views anyway. How can Youtube tell the difference between 10 million real views and 50 million fake ones?

Plus since they use proxies the IP addresses can't all be blocked.

And what are you on about "one or two networks"? Like Noyzi said there's probably 15 in Indonesia alone. They've probably got hundreds of big ones and thousands of smaller ones all around the world.

And i think she's talking about the man being maid out to be an angel or something. I haven't heard it but judging by all her recent man hating songs he cheated on her, she's better off without him and can do better. I think that's the gist. Just some really sexist, men hating, feminist empowering bullshyt. I hate that fuking Single Ladies song.

BTW why DO feminists hate all men? Apart from the fact that's a really ignorant thing to do, do they hate the man that helped make them too? Do they expect to get laid ever again or are they all planning on turning lesbian?

There's just some things that hit a raw nerve with me and really piss me off.

Sexist women are one of them things. Sexist men are bad but women take it to a whole nother level trying to prove they can do shyt too.
