Best way to sell beats lease/exclusive?

I've been making beats for awhile now and i feel like im ready to sell my beats. I tried everything but it seems that it hard to get in contact with a rapper through social media.
 
You have to build a brand and make noise everywhere, are you putting up hot remix on youtube. Do you have bangers on your Soundcloud, Soundclick, Revebnation, Myspace, or owm website for them to hear your work. You start to make noise and they will find you for real. Now if you want to sell online lease and exclusives your going to want to do this off of your own website. You can use sites like Soundclick, Beat Stars or Beatwebsites.com to build your brand with.
