Best laptop specs for music production?

Hi!
So,I've got Macbook Pro 13' mid 2012 and I produce music on it.My specs are:
2,5 GHz Intel Core i5

4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
OS X 10.9
500 GB SATA

My software : Ableton Live 9 Suite 32-bit
I use a lot of Vsts (Ozone 5,Massive,Sylenth1,Fab Filter etc)

When i use Ableton,the CPU is getting higher than usually.Ableton is very slow and has a lot of crash.
What specs do you recommend for me ?

4 things to check:
application should be able to use all 4gb of ram.
audio drivers are opengl or asio4all
soundcard
buffer size

all desktops and all laptops with windows vista,7 and 8 have performance editors.

for laptops you can edit how much processor is being used with the battery icon.
for desktops the battery icon is located in control panel.set it to high performace.

just checked ubuntu and osx,this works on those too.

xp has this too in its system control panel

click on the advanced tab
click on the performance button
in the visual effects tab leave the following checked
-show shadows under menus
-show translucent selection rectangle
-use common tasks in folders (you can omit this one if you want)
-use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop
-use visual stylers on windows and buttons
now click on the advanced tab
-processor scheduling select Programs
-memory usage select programs
-set your virtual memory to a custom size, i.e. set it to be a consistent level (this assigns hard drive space to be used for paging programs and data in and out of system ram) pick a number that is at least the same as your current ram (*1024 to move from MB to GB)
Click OK at each exit point
