If dont have the Vst version and
only have the first Version Of beat thang...
How would you use beat thang as a sound modual for a mpc 1000?
I want to use the sounds in beat thang but
sequence and record them in my MPC1000.
Can anyone help me out with some step by step instructions?

You'd have to midi sync it with your mpc. So that when you hit a pad it triggers the software. And then you record them both to your daw. Don't know how to sync with your software.. Read your manual.

lol i know thats what i said im trying to do...Trigger the sounds from "beat thang" with my mpc. I need to know how to sync them up right using the midi cables and the right audio cables. thanks

MIDI out of MPC input of interface, out of interface into MPC, set MPC as master, beat thang as slave, set your sounds on beat thang to transmit on whatever channel, set MPC to recieve on that channel. Audio out of both to interface out to monitors. Rinse repeat.
