Who's battling first?

We don't have a team leader. We don't need one. We are all equal.

Why are they still trying to force rules on us? They just read our thread and try to make rules that are the opposite of what we were all about.

I don't know who can battle every Friday without getting burnt out.

Bring that ideas thread right back up.

After the four or five teams battle... what then...

(crickets...)

one on one battles, what if a weakest member gets matched up against their strongest member?

It should be just like the original idea said, If you like 3 out of 5 beats from this team but 2 out of 5 from the other team, the team with 3 hot beats wins. This is individual battles all over again.

What if I lost to AllenBoy ...because I was matched up against him but my beat is better than 3 of the rest of their teams beats.

You shouldn't have to compare person to person. What TEAM brought the most heat collectively.

Is anybody agreeing to these stankin' azz rules or are you guys just letting them tell you what to do like a herd of sheep.

Remember the thread where we all gave input and came up with ideas... anybody remember that.

Where did 5 mandatory come from? Did you agree to that?

Did you want to have beats every Friday Night? Did you agree to that?

Do you want to vote on 5 battles at once?

This shyt will be over in a few weeks after all of the teams have faced each other.

They have replacement nuts in the lobby.

Tak, question. If a team gets bumped off the boards for a week, shouldn't they be also required to vote in the next week's battle? Otherwise, you're losing 25 votes a week. Like, the only post the losing team members can make is to vote in the next battle, otherwise they lose their posting privs for a second week, and so on. 'Cause we all know there's gonna be some people on some teams who don't vote, and there's gonna be the two teams battling that won't be able to vote... so out of the remaining 50 votes possible from the last 2 teams, what if we only got 30 votes? Some people's battles wouldn't be looked at, some might not even get any votes. Ya know? Maybe I'm not doing the math right but that seems like a lot of votes to lose.

COT DAMNIT!!!!!! FUKKK!! I KNEW THIS SHYT WOULD GET TOO COMPLICATED!! For those of you that didn't read the brainstorm thread, read it! We came up with this idea because basically we were like...fukk it. Fukk the complicated shyt, lets form teams and go at it!

Now, a little organization is necessary, like the Friday Night fight shyt....necessary.


But We need to keep this shyt simple, or else it will get BORING and people will have an exscuse to run from the battle field.

In a minute, we're going to not play by the rules and call a mawfukkin WHOLE team out, just to get shyt started....wait...

I believe I already did :)



P.s.-- Kontak...why does it have to be every friday? Why not more frequent! I mean, Battles help me out dawg, I'm guessing its the same for the rest of the BOmb Battalion. We have beats we want to unveil and get critiqued.

Who said you had to have a beat ready every Friday? I didnt. Just like Showtime at the Apollo, or King of the Hill even, you are expected, but not required to supply the same beat each week. If your beat is hot and it won this week, you have the option to continue running with it or make another. Simple.

Thats why you have a TEAM of other battlers. If I lose to One80, so what, my faith is in my teammates that they will pull through with the other 4 wins. If you dont have that confidence in your team, then maybe you should start from scratch.

I agree with that, good idea. This will keep things moving and the wait time for battling will be cut in half. Good thinking Prop.



So, instead of every Friday, new battles will be EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT AND EVERY MONDAY NIGHT. Friday battles will begin Friday Night and end Monday Night. And the Monday battle will begin Monday nights and end Friday Nights, thus giving us two potential team battles per week as opposed to one, thus speeding this whole process up, thus hopefully making everyone happy so we can start this shyt up.


All other rules apply. Im still waiting on the first two teams to let me know they want to go at it first.

I mean, look at my team... if, say, me and Shadow win, we still need one more playa to step up. This 5 on 5 will cost us in some ways but will make us better in the long run. I'm looking forward to this, it's a win-win for me... if I win a week, then I know my beat is tight. If I lose, then I have a week off from my woman bytching at me about being online too much.
