REGARDING handling the tempo when one loads a sample into Ableton to chop up and make a beat out of...what is your usual procedure? Most samples are like 120 bpm or more, while most beats are between 85-95 bpm, so I oftentimes have trouble. I cannot find a way to adjust the tempo to where a slice of more than a few notes/hits will play at the right speed. I typically have to cut every note or hit that I plan on using..would love to pick your minds on the best way to solve this.
