there should be some solid entertainment lawyers in atl. theres a lot of succesful musicians so there has to be good lawyers.as far as ascap and bmi. they are pretty much the same.
Im Ascap registered. It really depends on your preference who you want to go with. BMI is free if I'm not mistaken. ASCAP you pay to get in. SESAC I believe you have to submit an application and be accepted in. Each organization has different methods of calculating payouts. I know with ASCAP there are added benefits to membership such as discounts on magazines, travel fair, health insurance, online education, among others.
