Where can I learn more about arranging songs ?
Right now I can say I 100% suck at arranging.

I would really like to improve,practice and work on my arranging skills I just can't find any place to learn from.

Any advice maybe, or maybe some links that can help me ?

im the same mate, think best option is to listen to your favourite djs and try and copy them as much as you can for structure and arrangements.

know how you feeling tho, I struggle so much with it, even when I copy it just doesnt sound right. just gotta keep trying tho!

just try watching a few vids on youtube aswell, even if its not the same DAW your using, just see what they are doing etc
 
arranging is about both structure and orchestration, so you need to find texts and websites that address both ideas. The following is a good first website to use, it might be jazz, but the principles are the same

Jazz Arranging Online - by Prof. Chuck Israels there is a companion book with all of the examples on a dvd as well
