anyone use mpc and pro tools together??

I did my research on how to sync them which isn't my problem

I'm trying to use pro tools as a host for rtas synth like xpand 2

Problem I'm having is pro tools only plays back tracks that are selected
I can't use multiple MIDI tracks only tracks that I click on play back

Any help
 
Command/Control click on the Rec enable. So this on all of the midi tracks so midi will pass. You could always sequence the rtas part in PT and sync with MPC. Or sequence everything in PT including triggering sample in your MPC from PT.
