well i ordered me that new presonus firestudio mobile and i should be getting it next week and it comes with studio one artist so i guess i can test out more features. only i dont like is Studio One Artist doesnt support vst, au, or rewire so you are basically stuck with whatever vsts they they give you.

:bigeyes:It doesn't support rewire? Wow. I thouht Beats Are Us said he used rewire, or did I read that wrong? are they going to in the future? You got Reason right?

I got a copy of Studio One coming my way too!

I will let you all know how it goes with the full version?

ONE

Studio One Pro supports all that but not Studio One Artist. its like a LE Version of Studio One Pro.

Oh those marketing cats lol they got the Pro and Artist, so now I get it, you wanna rewire reason you gotta get Pro.

Correct, and since my new presonus audio interface is coming with Artist i can upgrade to Pro for $199 if i want to.

am I the only one having problems with quantization ?? it seems to me like it doesn't work at all...

any more updates/reviews on Studio One?

A couple of updates: 1.6 is out now. I has nested bus channels and a few new features for editing. Version 1.5 had a lot of new things but that is pretty well covered in YouTube videos. Also the whole video training series was released by Groove3.com for Studio One.

I need to use it, i wanted to try out the mastering ... But i have been learning samplitude pro for now. I heard studio one was better then reaper....i didnt like reaper to much..

Reaper is cool but S1 sounds great and is just about the easiest DAW to learn. The mastering is really slick.

I know you guys wont believe this. But i am running Studio One on a EeePC netbook w/2GB Ram. I also can run the program from the 8GB ThumbDrive too. Studio One Pro allows you to use your 3rd party VST's. As far as the included plugins, i havent tried them as of yet. But i converted everything i done on Sonar to S1. So, i'm sold!
