Anyone Ever Sold Their PC/Equipment??

Basically, I am looking to sell my PC and most likely invest in a laptop. However, My PC is a custom build from about 4 years ago. Its still really powerful but I am getting rid of it as it is a bit noisy and I need a laptop for work/home.

Anyone know of any good ways of selling it?

Yeah I get that. It will be the complete set up (screen etc) so hopefully I can get around 350-400.......

Any Laptop suggestions?? I might even get another PC if I find a good enough model.

No...not gonna upgrade to something that's not 4g...especially when they are gonna put out a 4g phone next year.

Gumtree is better in the UK than CL though, from my experiences. Sold my MPD on there, and bought a bunch of stuff.

Only problems I had were people not turning up to look at stuff, and one guy sounded mad dodgy so I told him I sold it already.

Just use common sense and stay away from Nigerian royalty.

save the pc and put it to good use hosting plugins or something, no one is spending that much money on an old computer on craigslist, expecially when you can get a comparably spec'd machine brand new from best buy with a warranty. you might get lucky and find you a sucker tho. but that machine is probably worth more to you as a plugin host/network renderer/back up and storage tower than the lil money people are going to offer you.
