hey does anyone know of a machine that will let me record tracks in sync with an mpc in real time?
I want to stop using a laptop at live shows and just make songs with an mpc and synth in real time.
the problem is with an mpc you cant record tracks into it unless your sampling.
also you can only sequence one sound (if you have one hardware synth and no samples) and if you want to add another sound in real time you cant unless you have another synth.
i was thinking of getting a four track or something but i dont know if they can sync perfect with an mpc or if its the best route.
