Hi fellow live users... I was wondering. Is it possible to have two channels with drum racks and have one to be able to choke the other one out when it plays?
 
Well, you don't need a sidechain gate for this...there is a very straightforward choke function in there as well. You'll just have to open the i/o view of the drum rack to see it (the small "i/o" button on the lower left), then set the pads you want to choke each other to the same group.
