Hey FP!! I need your help Im what you call a newbie and I wanted to see if anyone has an idea on how to create Basslines similar to 9th wonders.. I use FL studio and I heard the 3xocs synth can create them. I tried boobass but it came out to heavy for me. Does anyone know how to create these Basslines using those vsts?

Any basic bass sample/sampler...

Boobass, 3xosc, bass samples from MPC, Arturia Minimoog, Muon Tau Pro, patches in romplers like Sampletank/Soniksynth, Hypersonic, Directwave, ect. Basically, just about anything with bass sounds.

The trick is to find one that fits right and mess with it's values until you get smooth transitions to match the sample it's covering. Honestly not hard at all once you get used to doing it.

In Reason all I ever use is the Electric Bass Refill and rarely have to tweak at all.

Yeah thats what I figured myself, its more about finding the bass sound for my track. Im just gonna get back to tweaking around until I find the right fit.

A basic sine wave with a low pass filtered pushed to the right frequency low release fast attack will get u pretty close
