808s And Kick And Mixing And Mastering (FL Studio)

so i have fl studio when i first started making beats they were suckish i got better in sound and clean that 808 a little
i want that johnny juliano mix with the kick punching good in parametric eq what should i do to make it do that and how do you slide a 808 like johnny juliano
 
All you have to do is search youtube. Theres alot of different ways of accomplishing this and there's a ton of videos that teach you step by step in depth and all. Oh and that 808 is done by using the slide function in the 808 channels settings. Its either in the Sample or Instrument section. Hopefully I helped. Good luck
 
just automate the pitch(down or up, preferably down though) of the bass drum in the middle(or wherever you want the slide to begin) of the note to get that sliding feel. Cause using portamento could suck all the energy out of your 808 kick. Hope that helps with the sliding 808 issue.

Or you can use the piano roll . Then click on the slide option. Hope you can see the picture
