Have you gone into your ILok license manager application and turned your license on? I was having similar troubles when installing, not sure if it was the exact one or not. But then I seen my ILok manager app which I didnt even know was installed, clicked it and it was pretty straight forward to turn the license on. Your ILok can still be registered, yet turned off so it won't work. This is just a way for people who have multiple licenses to toggle some on and off. I THINK that should fix it. Sounds like the same problem I had.

I wish I could remember what I did, i had the exact same problem and I solved it completely by accident. I remember thinking it was weird that they didnt have the solution (which I figured out and now forget) listed in the steps to installing. It is something simple though..maybe it'll hit me soon. Sorry. Was something to do with the Ilok license manager though.
