um he said 20 most INFLUENTIAL!!!! Meaning influenced the Genre....... Biggie had the Game in a chokehold for 3 years and has had damn near every EAstCoast rapper that has came out since bite/pay homage to his lines and style
Pac has influence rappers from every region easily
