I don't like the intro part from 0:00 to 0:15 because it sounds off key. Skip that and you're left with a really great groovy remix! The bass sounds so crips!! What plugin? (If it wasn't in the original version of the song ofc)

It's a bit of soul and house/funk. I thought the drop in Deadmau5's song channel 43 was pretty funky and wanted to try it with soul. The acapella in the bootleg is sampled from Class Action's "Weekend" and I totally flipped it around! Check it out and please leave your thoughts!

It's a really nice song but it would be much more interesting if the chords changed a lot around 3:03/the hook. The melody isn't boring but if the chords followed the melody pattern it would definitely interest me a lot more! Maybe lower the kick in volume if you want to sound more like "2021"...

The kick at the start wasn't intended to sound like a kick but more like a snare/clap to get the rhythm going while everything is building up to create attention. Like SHM's song greyhound but they used a real kick instead! Did it sound wrong or off? Thanks for the reply btw! :)
