Cali iz active Synth Bass slide help?

I want to know how did Dj Battlecat get his bass to slide like that? There's a video on how he made Cali iz active but hides his hands. Does anybody know on how to achieve the pitch bend/ bass slide effect on the keys? Thank you.

Well Battlecat used both synth and live bass for the track. The synth bass slide is easy, all you have to do is drag your finger from the note you're on to the same note an octave down. Takes alot of practice to get the timing right though. From seein' how Battlecat plays, I know he's heavy handed on the pitch well. With that being said, its not a crutch but more of a means to accent notes, if that makes any sense lol... He uses the same technique on other songs though so I know theres a youtube video of him or someone in his camp making a beat and you can see their hands more clearly
