Simple melody and drum work is cool, but I feel like the overall song drags a bit because of the 2 note melody and sparse drums - find a way to pick up the energy just a bit so an emcee can really flow on this joint. Dig the feel of this though.

Coming strong with another one! The drums are sooo clean in this joint. I love the unpredictability of the drums. My only gripe is this really high end tambourine (I think that is what it is). It could be EQ'd as its a bit piercing. Also I think there may be a little too much compression used on the bass. It might just be me and I am completely nitpicking to give you constructive criticism. Its dope though. Nice movement throughout. Good work!

Always appreciate real feedback. Im not like most, Im trying to grow, and only way to do that is have people actually critique. Ill give feedback on yours when I get home

Your kick drum is very boomy. Overly boomy in my opinion. The drums can definitely use work. I do like the sample/lead not sure what that is exactly. The drums could be more dynamic. I do like the beginning how it builds up and how the song ends. That is dope. I could see an artist like Action Bronson over this. It's repetitive but sometimes that is what makes the instrumental unique and in this case I'd say that's how I feel.
