That sample work is crazy my g. Def agree with the dude above who said that Hov or Ye would do some shit like this. I think that snare hits too hard. It stood out way too much in the mix. I know you wanna have that hard hitting feel, but I think it detracted from the beat overall. Really dig this beat though!

Overall this is pretty nice. As mentioned above, the snare is hitting a little too hard (not in a good way). That could easily be fixed by turning it down a notch.

Overall its technique wise, it's not bad for what you're going for. Aside from that, I think all you need to do is experiment with something completely new to set you apart from everyone else.

Nice work though fam.
