This is my remix of Olla Rosa's - Let's Get Away. My first remix so let me know if you like it! And if not let me know what you would add/change.

The song is good! In key and everything. But the piano chords seem very choppy and empty at the beginning. you can still acquire that punchy spikey piano key i think you are going for but with some reverb and maybe a maximizer. I would also include a filler just to entertain the ears and add some umph! Cheers
 
I'm writing as I'm listening.
Melody is nice and simple.
Your intro is very very very long. IMO it's too long without any kick for dance music.
There are not many variations, maybe more little drums in the end of some sequences, or maybe add some strings, I dunno...
But that's still a good work, I wouldn't change so much! Good luck for your contest!

yeah you might overthink the build up (bass), in the middle of the song there there is some strange short volume change, baseline is nice, all together you might want to add more effects, and changes (filters on voice, add ons, cut an repeat sample...), all imo...... ;)

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, every time I listen to the track now there are more things I wish I had changed, but that's how we get better i guess! Hopefully my next song I can lower the synth attack a bit and make it a little easier on the listeners ears. Thanks again for giving it a listen! Means a lot!
