How do you post a poll

Could someone explain how to post a vote poll

it's very simple you have to select to add a poll at the time you create a post- so know what you want to poll about, what options you want to include, whether you want it to be an either/or poll or a multiple choice poll, and design it as you prepare your post.

How do you create a new POST? I am racking my brain trying to find the button...... 0_*

"Post new thread" in any of the sub forums (upper left of the sub forum), then "post poll" within the new thread post. The post poll option is below the text box way at the bottom before you click submit or create post whatever.
