Anybody else having problems posting an embeded Soundcloud link?

I didn't know where else to post this, but for the longest time I've been having problems with this. Whenever I post a link to a track on my SC, the widget is like blank. Doesn't show the waveform, and doesn't play. The links in my sig work, but not when I post. I can't be the only dude that this has happened to so sorry if this has been discussed before.

however, you need to make sure that your link is properly embedded inside the soundcloud tagset like so

[soundcloud]http://www.soundcloud.com/your-artist-name/your-track-name[/soundcloud]

rather than

[soundcloud][url]http://www.soundcloud.com/your-artist-name/your-track-name[/url][/soundcloud]

the most common cause of errors in soundcloud links gone wrong

you can fix this by selecting the link and clicking on the un-link icon in the editor menu bar, 2nd one to the right of the link button - it looks similar but has a red X through it.....
