Take delay out of Sytrus?

You know when you first open Sytrus, the default sound that is already loaded... I put some chords into the piano roll but then when I play it back, they begin to start later and later each time. Don't know if its a delay or attack problem but anyone know how to get rid of this? I really like the default sound that comes loaded already but this throws everything off.

Step 1: Click the OP1 tab on top
Step 2: Go to the vol tab under OP1
Step 3: Click the env tab under the vol tab (These should all be highlighted.)
Step 4: You should see a big ADSR curve in the big window under the env tab. (You seriously can't miss it.)
Step 5: Click the one node at the very top of the curve and drag it all the way to the left.
Step 6: Repeat steps 2-5 except under OP2 and OP3.

That should do it.
