I understand this, but why would you buy a BMW with cloth seats and no sunroof, heated seats, or navigation.

For $300 you are more than halfway to Komplete which comes with EVERYTHING.
 
why do u guys use nexus anyways why dont u make ur own synths god damn...

people overrating that expansion pack, shit was cool, but it wasn't a "must-have".

but when Johnny makes a full-fledged VST along the lines of Hypersonic or Purity . . . sign me up, no questions asked.

Yea i think if JJ did his own VST it would do crazy numbers I would probably check it out myself too.

^^This type of thinking is why Dr Dre sells headphones and Laptops....and makes a killing.

+1 for Kontakt....It is processor heavy if you got a few running but get the right sounds together and that instrument shines.
 
Nexus seems cool, but my next purchase is probably going to be Omnisphere.

and there are a lot of unknown/independent software developers that make HIGH QUALITY Kontakt libraries. Acoustic Samples, Hollowsun, Sample Modelling, Orange Tree Samples, etc

I'm Ashamed!!! I bought the pack but not to sound like him.....i could not find a good piano vst for free. as soon as i saw him using a piano in the review video i was like lets gooo. Plus came with other good sounds i plan on tweaking for my style. (p.s i happened to have a couple bucks for it =P)

Yea i been here before....got some vsts that were shit....plus i dont really like having to many vsts i like converting the sounds into nexus
