i think of producing like playing basketball. you suck until u understand the fundamentals once you get that down its just practicing until you become great at it. I don't believe in raw talent I believe some people just get it before others

So bassically what your saying is producing is kinda like school? You got the straight A students, who learn and progress fast and excel well past their expectations.

Then you got the C average students who does only what is necessary, nothing great but has the potential to be among the elite.

Then you got (which is a majority of FPers) the special ed heads, who no matter how much you guide them just wont get it.
