Hi All,

I need help. I would like to wrap my Audio Unit plugs to VST in Cubase. How can I do this. I was told its possible to do in SonicBirth but the setup is a pain in the azz. I was also told that I could host AUs in NIs Kore and wrap to VST?

Are there better ways? Anyone doing this? If so how?

Do you not have a separate AU version of your plugins?
Cubase does not read AU, I am using Cubase 4, which is why I am looking to wrap AU into VST.

I know of several ways to do it. Some easier than other, for example with SonicBirth, I basically have to write the GUI for the plugin. Native Instruments samplers also host AU and will wrap them into VST but its not as flexible as I would like.

I am trying to find out if anyone is using another method to use AU plugs in Cubase.

I think I read somewhere that Apple have actually prohibited the development of such a wrapper...so chances are you'll just have to go the hard way.
