Malki, I noticed in one of your songs you talk about "Make this look easy" or somethin...
And I notice in this Soldier Boy video above,,,he says something like...
"You make this look easy, we make this look easier"
Coincidence?
As well as some other things....

Did you make a dis song about him? Cause he also mentions someone making a dis song about him...though he could be referring to a lot of people.....

nah i didnt make a diss about him. i made all those songs way before i even made a soundclick account. its funny you noticed that cuz thats something that got me.

maybe he thought i dissed him idk. but a lot of people feel the same way about him stealing i see.

who knows.

He's got people ghost writing all his sh1t...all these untalented lame ass niggas man...

i didn't know ghostwriters could get paid for such ****ty lyrics...

"she call my phone like da da dadada da da"

"we on the phone like da da dadada da da"

hmmmm. maybe i should consider a career in ghostwriting.

Without having famous rappers as homiez it's not gonna get you far. :)

If that dude Joker is for reals....
We gone have to change Soldier Boy Tellem
To
"Soldier Boy Jackem"
"Soldier Boy Jockem"

That video mad me furious.

I mean, I like some of Soldier Boys stuff, but this dude needs to be called out on a larger scale..

Any rapper that does not make his own lyrics is a fraud.

I know Missy Elliot started out writing for peoples in her group back in the day....

But, things have changed, rhymes are more complex. And its a big deal to be up on your Rhyme game....

And I believe this applies mainly to rap and hip hop...

Having an R&B vocalist sing some ready made lyrics and melody, well, that doesn't really seem to bother me....

I actually did that for someone...
I did a hook for someone, its on my myspace page...titled "Good Love"
They wanted an autotuned hook, and they already had lyrics and a vocal melody.
I had them send me themselves singing the lyrics, so I would get an Idea of what they wanted. Even though someone may not have the greatest singing voice, you can get an idea of what they are looking for. And I would put my own little spin on it.

But as far as lay'n down rhymes. Hell no..I keeps my own...

I disagree. If anything the beats got better and the hooks got catchier, but lyricism fell off almost completely in mainstream hip hop.

I agree, what Im saying is, compared to the olden days, new slang, and new styles of rhyme and wordplay, seem more complex. I know we still have the commercialism aspect, which causes alot of rhymes to be cliche and simple...
But that is mainly because we as artist and producers...ect...think about this stuff. Consumers don't really pay too much attention to that.

Its like I cant even really listen and enjoy alot of music like I used to....
I spend too much time analyzing stuff....although, now I can hear things that most people dont pay attention too.
Like...how the artist recorded the track, if they overdub, panning, the compression attack and release, reverb time, multitap delays, blah blah...ect.

Other people claiming they got Soldier Boy Jacked....

I wonder if all this is true, or if its just a bunch of peoples tryna get noticed.

ANYWAY..
So what you peoples think about an artist using famous rhymes,on purpose??
Im sure its done to spark some memories. But you think its cool?..
I personally am disgusted by it. Why not just come up with your own melody, and lyrics....
Example: 50Cent using 2Pac lines.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkqxF64k9Ao&feature=related

And I cant really talk myself...well, kind of..
I heard the term Booty Meat from Soldier Boys song Booty Meat...
But I had heard it other places first, also....
But maybe they got that from Soldier Boy...I dont know....
And I was hesitant to use that last line....but I said screw it...Its only two words..."Booty Meat"...
In my song "Freak Like You"
I have a rhyme that says...
She talkn bout my leather, she say it so soft...
But Im just thinkn how I wanna take her cloths off..
I caint help it baby, its just the dawg in me...
Woof Woof, see all I want is booty meat...

Since its one word, and slang, I don't feel like Im jockin, but maybe it is...if he made it up...know what I mean...
I am not afraid to call myself out, ya feel me...though, like I said...not sure if that would be considered jockin....
What you think??

It seems there are also being alot of remakes of older songs...
FloRida, I believe came out wit some....
The simple fact that I know the marketing behind it, it kind of disgusts me also....But using others initial creativity for your own gain???

I know alot of consumers are like...."Damn, remember this beat and song from back in the day....", and they like it...which I guess is all that really matters...

Example: "Flo Rida"-Song title: Right Round

Dont get me wrong, he ripped it on that track...You cant deny this playa on that one...And its a great production. I like the track.

And just so everyone knows.....in case your thinking of posting...
I am not hating on any of these artist. I have their CD's.
I like their stuff..Im glad they came up, Im happy for them....
Some of the decisions probably aren't even their own, but maybe a producer or someone else within the label.

And if you really think about it...Imitation Breeds Inovation(read that somewhere)..
Example: Everyone using autotune on songs, for effect, which I myself also do....
Now Im sure TPain wasnt the first one to do it, but he coined it, made it popular...He is the reason it is what it is...
So is everyone, including myself, jocking TPain....I know in a video I saw, he was kind of furious about everbody starting to do it.
Or Jeezy with his "Jeahhhhh",,, hell, I cant say that in a track, because I would be considered a biter Im sure, but hell, I say that in the real world LOL...
damn, gotta go, to be continued...I type fast,,,,so my posts are long, I know LOL

Translation = I'm not that smart

LOL, yeah, I know where that comes from....jokes about infantry...great..

But, I got a degree in Electronics Engineering,
I am a ASE Automotive Master technician, worked for a Chrysler dealership for 4 years. Though I am expired, and would have to only take recertification.
But that is not what I wanted to do anymore, though it comes in handy.
And run a side business of computer upgrade, and optimization(at more than half the price Firedog/Staples/Geek Squad charge....
Virus and Spyware removal.
Coded my own Keylogger and Screen Capture software, that I used to sell, until advanced heuristics came along, which is harder to beat...so I was always updating the software to be undetectable...
I still get paid to load my Keylogging software onto peoples computer. Because then I can access the Antivirus options, and exclude the keylogging software from detection. Its usually husbands and wifes who suspect infidelity. And parents who are concerned about what their kids are up to.
Used to sell Personal Protection items....main customers were the elderly. Also sold Home Security Cameras, and installed them. As well as GPS tracking devices that I install in vehicles(hidden) so the vehicle could be tracked. Usually husbands and wives again. There is a G Force sensor in the GPS device that turns off if there is no vehicle movement, and turns on when the car moves. Tracks all routes, and even tells how long a vehicle was stopped at a red light, or how long it was parked...
And produce and sell video tutorials dealing with music production.
and MUCH MUCH MORE...MORe....MOre...More...more...
Im rambling here...

So I would say Im a pretty smart dude. My Platoon Leader called me the "ghetto poindexter"..

So I guess I don't fit the stereotype my friend....
